Here are the situations that may cause disputes:
Item unreceived Or Delivery on the way:
1.Parcel was seized by customs:
Please feel free to contact us once your parcel has been seized, we will cooperate with you and provide any documents needed, including invoice, payment statement, logistics directory related etc., meanwhile, customer should contact the local customs office to check your parcel and take responsbility to make declaration.
2.Status of shipment stagnated for a long time:
If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact the local logistics (our appointed partner) to check it, at the same time, we will ask our logistics agent to figure out what happened to your parcel.You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.
1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully due to wrong address offered by buyer. We wont take responsiblity for any loss caused.
2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by logistics, we would resend you one more parcel or offer you the full refund.
Item not as described:
Customers are encouraged to open the parcel and check the item once it is delivered successfully. If you are not satisfied with it, please contact us within 7 days.
Return/refund for no reasons
If you want to exchange the item without any quality problem within 7 days since it is delivered successfully, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number entitled, we will offer you the return address, however, you are supposed to bear the shipping fee.
If you want to return the item without any quality problem for refund within 7 days since it is delivered successfully, please follow the same step above to handle it, however, you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and price difference,10% restocking fee will be deducted from your amount.
Return/refund for quality problem
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem, such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and etc. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the mail, we will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you the solution.
1. If you want to return it Within 7 days, Please keep the item in original condition, item which has been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.
2. We will mark note on your order before parcel is returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us. Do pay attention to it that you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your payment.
3. Please write down your order number and other important information that we gave in the form on the sale card, and then send them back together.
4. All Customerized Orders, Celebrity Styles, and Clearance Items are Final Sale Only. They are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.

We accept cancellation if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1. If contacting us within 24 hours after your payed it, 3% of the order amount will be charged as transaction fee.
2. If over 24 hours, 10% of the order amount will be charged as transaction and handling fee.
3. Orders can't be cancelled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to declare it at the customs.
4. Choosing paypal echeck to pay, it will take 5-7 working days for PayPal to complete the settlement. If the customer wants the refund, 3% of the order amount will be charged as handling fee during this period.
